Charge failed

My primary payment method has failed multiple times even though i successfully added it with test transaction and refund went smoothly. I have checked with my bank and they say that 'Error in input data' received from requesting body.

 

Could you guide me whats wrong and how to correct it?

I understand your concern. I reviewed the recent transactions and see the charges in question were declined by your bank. Please contact your bank for information and check if there are any limits placed on your account, which would prevent your account from being charged.
