Charge failed

Hi everyone. I am getting 'You don't have a valid billing method on file with Upwork. Please correct this before making an offer.' as I am trying to 'Fund Contract and Hire'. This is a little strange, for I am using the same card I've used for two times already without problems. I've contacted my bank and they told me the money is there and my bank account is not blocked. This is a little annoying, for my freelancer has already done the job and I can't send him money. Could you please help me solve this problem?
