Client Account Suspended for no reasons

Hi,

I just logged in after a year or so and looks like my account was suspended. I thought it was  due to my credit card epiring, hence I added the new card and the account is still suspended. 

Can someone shed some light as to why my account was suspended all of a sudden? Do you guys suspend account for inactivity?
