Client account

My client account is temporarily on hold.I have already made the payment.The freelancer is not able to accept my proposal. Why is this so?What should I do?

Maybe there is a problem in your payment method.

I checked your account and it doesn't look like there is a hold on your account. Will you please share a screen grab of the notification on the hold on your account?
