Client job description privacy

Hello, I am relatively new here as a client, and I wanted to ask some questions regarding the subject. 

I recently had a job completed by a freelancer, and everything went well, and I am going to close the contract. However, I noticed that completed jobs are saved on freelancer profiles, but some have a private job description, and some do not with full details of the request. 

How do I ensure that my input job request details I request aren't viewable? I haven't been able to find any options, or I might have also overlooked them.
