Client silver tier?

I just received an invitiation to an interview from a client who had a badge that said "Silver Tier". What does that mean? I assume there are Gold and Bronze tiers, too. Does this only have to do with how much money the client has spent and feedback rating (which I can see anyway), or does oDesk also look at hidden things like dispute records when it decides who gets these badges?

I got a new job with a Silver Tier client just recently. It seems to be based on the amount of money they have spent as this particular client has spent about $140,000

Did your parents really give you the first name Mr.? Were they fans of Mr. T from the A-Team?

If I recall correctly, a silver tear is what a robot sheds when it's sad.
