Colleague Locked out of Upwork

My colleague has an account associated with the email **Edited for Community Guidelines**

 

The account login was initially connected to Google sign-in. The email on the account was changed to **Edited for Community Guidelines** and as a result, he is unable to log in.

 

This is highly important because we are filing our accounting for the end of the year. We've been unsuccessful in attempts to reach anyone at Upwork.
