So my company is based in Paris, France, but for a project that we are working on we need a Social Media Account Manager in Bristol, UK. How do I make my job offer appear only in searches with UK location? Otherwise i'm unable to fully use UPWORK, because for this position it is crucial for the candidate to be a native of Bristol.

re: "I havent managed to post or search by city."
Searches and posts by CITY are not currently supported by Upwork.
But you can specify that the freelancer needs to live in a particular city when you write your job description.
And it will be up to you to use the interview process to screen out the applicants who ignore this.
If it was me, I would probably add a question or two to the job posting that requires knowledge specific to the target city. It won't prevent freelancers from googling stuff and trying to answer the question, but it would help filter out some people. It would show that you're serious. You need people in that city only.
If you REALLY want to get serious about this, you could specify in the job posting that applicants will MEET IN PERSON for an interview, and you will hire somebody to interview applicants in person in the target city.

Tell them not to apply unless they are from Bristol UK. Or go to another UK oriented site.
