Contact Upwork Support?

So, is there no way to contact Upwork support now?

There is no support chat that i can find anywhere anymore.

Really frustrating, especially after the price increase earlier this year to a flat 5% instead of the monthly subscription rate, which essentially x6 my fees overnight. If I can't even get basic support on issues, I'm really rethinking using this site.

Hi Kyle,

A quick way to contact support is by clicking the "Get Support" button that shows at the bottom right corner of the Upwork Help page. You will be asked what type of account you need help with and to describe your issue or questions. Please select the best option for your situation. If you’d like to speak to an agent, you can request that via the chatbot. If you have some general questions about using Upwork or are looking for advice, feel free to post here in the Community.

That doesn't work. I'm trying in two different browsers. The only time the Get Support button pops up is when I'm logged out. As soon as I log in, that button no longer exists. Can you just give me a support email? I don't have general questions I need to discuss account information privately

Hi Kyle,

Can you please share a screenshot of what you can see from your end once you're logged in? The "Get Support" button should be at the bottom right corner of the Upwork Help page. Allow me to assist you from here. Can you please tell me more information about your concern so that we can assist you accordingly? Looking forward to your response.

Hi Arjay. I am having the same issue. This is very frustrating trying to contact support as a client. It is a vicious, non-productive loop trying to find answers and been sent link to articles that do ot apply. Is there a reason why we cannot directly reach Upwork support center and speak to live personnel? I tried the number to enterprise solution and the recording was only direction to online to continue to loop. There has to be a higher level of support for your customers.

Hi Tiffany,

I am sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. One of our team members will reach out to you directly via a support ticket to assist you further. You can access your tickets on this page.
