Contact us in support not working?

Do support options work for anybody at support.upwork.com? "Get Help" button does literally nothing, "Chat Now" produced a bunch of 403 errors to console... Is there any way to actually contact support at this moment?

I'm reluctant to make my first hire having no options to get help if something goes wrong...
