Contacting Upwork

Hi all,

I'm having some real trouble contacting Upwork. I cannot connect to the app, I just get constant errors, and there is absolutely no way to contact support—I've tried every email, I can't raise a ticket, I can't access even a chatbot. Can anyone help me? It's hirely frustrating, and I have freelancers hired right now who I need to keep in touch with on the go.

I'm sure the community moderator will escalate this to a support ticket as soon as they go online, but in the meantime let me tell you that some older phones won't accept the recent app updates. I had this problem this year with my Sony Xperia phone, and I had to get a new phone. Also, have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?

Thanks for replying! Upwork hasn't got in touch yet, but yes, I have
uninstalled and reinstalled the app and also tried accessing through the
mobile browser and desktop version through the mobile browser but I always
get thrown errors.

I hope a moderator will raise this to a support ticket!
