I canceled a contract with a freelancer I wasn't satisfied.
I ask for refund and freelancer told me he approved but I got no notification of it ?
Is that normal ?
How can I know I approved ?
I can confirm your freelancer hasn't responded to your refund request yet. You can see this information in your Workroom under Terms and Settings, also on the right side of the page, next to the View Request button and after using the button.
