Hi, I was wondering if you had a template contract for designers working on a design commission basis. It would be really helpful to know what should be included in the contract.

You can't work use Upwork to work on commission, that's not how it works here.

You ARE welcome to pay commission-based bonuses.

You would first need to use one of the available payment/contract methods that Upwork provides.

Beyond that you can use your methods for calculating and tracking commission bonus payments that you would like to pay to freelancers, and you could use the client-side Bonus tool to pay them.
