I have a set fee for a job... I created the contract and didn’t receive any work. Did I already pay this person? If not can I cancel/withdraw this contract?

Hi Tristen,

We can see the freelancer has responded regarding your concerns. You may want to discuss this further with them and come to an agreement.

If you do want to end the contract after all and get back the funds in escrow you'll need to request an Escrow Refund:

Go to My Jobs to locate the contract
Click the (...) options menu and select End contract
Choose Pay nothing and request a refund or Pay another amount when ending the contract

An escrow refund request will be sent to your freelancer and they'll have 7 days to respond, they can either accept or dispute this.
