Credit Card Name Not Matching With Account

I used a credit card under a different name than the name registered for my Upwork account. Now my account is frozen, and I can't add a new billing method, so I can't hire any freelancers. I can't verify my identity because the name is set to the name on the card, which is a family member's and not mine. What should I do?
