Credit Card Verification- Please Help

It won't let me verifiy my credit card and keeps telling me to contact support but there is no support.

Hello, I had the same issue yeterday. It says to contact support but there is NO WAY to contact customer support. It says go to "Get Help", ask a question and then click "Still need help". Can't find "Still need help" anywhere. I have sent an email no reply. I am new here. It makes you think about the quality of support. There should be a ticket system which is not working either.

It's completely unacceptable. They have already taken the funds for my job and I need to release it to the freelancer but can't..... So I am just stuck. If you find out, please let me know lol
