Hi, we have two issues.
1. We made a payment to escrow for a fixed-price project. After we did that, the freelancer requested that we change the project payment from fixed-price to hourly, so we did.
Upwork made the refund, but we didn't get the credit memo for the refund, we just got the receipt. Where can we get that document? We are an EU company, so we need to submit it for bookkeeping purposes.
2. Upwork issued a processing fee invoice for two different freelancers' invoices. We need to get two separate invoices for each of the freelancers. What can we do?
