Is there any way to access simple customer service and basic help when setting up an account and posting a job.
I have found it expremely frustrating thus far to spend half the afternoon with simple things as setting up payment methods, paying the freelancer etc. When all I do is getting a job done and paying someone for it.
Every time I look for any support options I am mysteriously directed in circles into generic questions.
No phone number or email address. Spooky. Or a simple live chat button which is pretty common these days
I would like to post more jobs but not too sure f I can trust there will be any help
