Hello. I also need support, i get an error when trying to fund a milestone 'Milestone activation failed. Please contact customer support.' even though I have enough funds in my account and I tried both credit card and paypal. What does that error mean? Can you please contact me regarding it

The freelancer I hired canceled the contract and did not deliver the work. Now I am unable to get a refund as the contract is canceled and I had no say in this matter. 

 

I need a customer support representative to contact me ASAP!

 

Huge waste of time trying to find the customer support email just to try and talk to a real person.

I'm sorry to hear about that. I checked your account and it looks like the funds have been refunded. You can check it here. Please know that if the contract was closed before any funds are released, it will be automatically refunded back to your account.

Why does it say my balance is 0? my problem is with **Edited for Community Guidelines** who canceled
the contract and i have no option of getting a refund.
