The freelancer I hired canceled the contract and did not deliver the work. Now I am unable to get a refund as the contract is canceled and I had no say in this matter. 

 

I need a customer support representative to contact me ASAP!

 

Huge waste of time trying to find the customer support email just to try and talk to a real person.

I'm sorry to hear about that. I checked your account and it looks like the funds have been refunded. You can check it here. Please know that if the contract was closed before any funds are released, it will be automatically refunded back to your account.

Why does it say my balance is 0? my problem is with **Edited for Community Guidelines** who canceled
the contract and i have no option of getting a refund.

I would like to clarify that your funds were refunded back to your bank account. Could you please check your bank account if the amount was already credited back to you or not? Thank you.

We did not get an escrow refund because the freelancer is being difficult.
Another freelancer who also did not complete the job was paid 60% and was
happy to refund the 40% back to us. 2 other freelancers have done a good
job and completed everything and have been paid in full.

Please look into this.
