Hi,

My name is **Edited for Community Guidelines**. I was an active member of Upwork and did not use the service for few years.

When I tried to log in today using my email address that I registered with
(this one that I am using to write to you), I got the message that this
account does not exist. This was shocking to me.

I tried to find a support email or something, but no luck.

So I decided to sign up once again, by using that same email address

Please can you help me to retrieve all my data from before as well as
project history with my clients and completed projects (everything like it
was before), because I would like to continue using the platform.

I had to do a Google search to find your telephone number!**Edited for Community Guidelines** The connection was horrible when I called and you are not open on weekends!! Further, you have a chat feature that is only automated!! HORRIBLE customer service!! I will never use your site again!

I cannot get the money I made transferred to my account. Also, you are charging me an additional $2 to do it!! Outrageous!!
