I was inviting an outside freelancer onto the Upwork and added my debit card as a payment mechanism.
Upwork says the charge failed by my bank account has been charged twice for the same. Even though I set it up so that only the amount for the first milestone was deducted its charged me twice for it.
How do I resolve this?
