Defamatory notice from a freelance whith whom I interrupted contract

Hi

I am very annoyed because a freelance just posted a defamatory notice on Google

The only reason to explain this  is that I broke his contract before 1st milestone being completed - But he said he accepted not to be paid, he did not contest the facts.  Can you help ?   Thanks  in advance.
