Hi,

I would like to change the date for an upcoming milestone, as the date has passed and work has not been completed in time. There is no dispute with the freelancer, as we have both agreed on the extension.The instruction in you help section indicates I should select the Review & Pay option in the contract details. Instead the only option I see is to Pay Now. Appreciate your feedback.

Hi Michael, 

I checked the contract you are referring to, and it looks like the freelancer has not submitted the work yet and requested payment. You do have the option to release the payment before the freelancer request to get paid or wait for the freelancer to submit work for you to review and release the payment if no changes are required. In this case, since both you and the freelancer has agreed to extend the agreed deadline, you do not need to do anything at this time.
