Good afternoon, I'll be quick and as simple as possible. I have a new operations director who is going to run my jobs moving forward. Since my industry is very cutthroat, I have one or two closed jobs that I don't want them to see when logging into my portal.
I know from research I can't delete or edit old jobs, but is there any way to make them private within my own portal? Or, can I set up an additional user within my portal and control which jobs they see?

Are are your operations directors accessing your portal right now? Do they have their own login?

Hello thank you for your question. No they do not have access yet. Im going to be leveraging one of our systems that involves hiring previous talent on an ongoing contract. So there are 2 other jobs In my jobs history that includes content and processes that I am in the process of getting proprietary rights to. I don't think I can edit or delete those old jobs but can I lock them or restrict access? It's weird that we cant
