Deposit funds from Paypal failed

I am trying to deposit funds from Paypal for a job that i've posted, but it fails  ;( 

I have enaugh money on paypal account, but on credit card, no. Why upwork don't take money directly from paypal?

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble making payments with PayPal. Could you please check your PayPal account and the preferred payment methods you have set in your Wallet?
