Didn't Receive Refund AFter More Than 10 Days

This is regarding contract ID 27769467. I hired a freelancer for some writing tasks and Upwork canceled the project because it didn't meet the guidelines. It's been more than 10 days and money has not been refunded to my account yet. Please help!
