Direct contact to upwork accounting possible?

I am an upwork customer as of today. Unfortunately I did not notice during the registration that I had completed the "Plus" membership. I immediately changed this to Basic, but I am afraid that I still have to pay for one month. Do you know a way to contact upwork directly to resolve this case directly?
