Dispute delay

Hi, 

 

i have filled a dispute with a freelancer and he has completely tried to manipulate the process within upwork relating to funds held in escrow to hold my money hostage when he clearly said we can cancell the contract with no penalty. I have rejected the dispute and now i have been waiting for 3 days now for upwork to create a ticket. Guys, i know your busy but i need some assistance, if i knew the response rates and handling of disputes was this poor, i wouldnt have used this process to begin with? Please can you help me asap?

I'm sorry to hear about your experience working with a freelancer. Please allow a bit more time for the dispute team to review the case and follow up with you. i rejected a dispute with a freelancer 3 days ago and there is still no ticket raised or any correspondance from anyone in Upwork? I urgently need this resolved?
