Do not recognise payment made

Hi, I noted that there was a payment made on my credit card for $125.66. There was no freelancer tagged to the invoice, and the invoice does not tell me what the payment in for. Pls kindly assit, many thanks.

Hi TK,

To view more details about the charge you're referring to, go to Reports > Transactions. Under the "Freelancer" section you will be able to view the name of the freelancer that is connected to the charge you're referring to.

You can also download your invoice by clicking on the Ref ID > View Invoice. Your freelancer name and the hours tracked will be listed under the description of the invoice.
