You will need to fill out your application and submit it for a review, please allow up to 24 hours for the review to be completed.
Once your Freelancer account gets approved you should be able to open an Agency account and list all team members in your Agency. Note that the agency model is designed to accommodate teams of freelancers working together. You can find more information here.
I currently have a freelancer account but the company would like to create
an agency account. I would like to keep my freelancer account separate from
my profile on my company account as my company takes different types of
projects than the ones I take.
You can be a Client and a Freelancer/Agency using the same account. You'll use the same account to log in to Upwork, but the two parts of your account will be kept entirely separate. You'll be able to easily switch between the two as needed. Let us know if you need any further assistance.
