sorry,I am not the kind of person who always be angry, but the**Edited for community guidelines**accont cheating  is too serious,if I were the upwork mangnger, I will prefer to flag him as inappropriate(I will give you evidenvce while chating)

 

  1. cheating job without file submitted

    at first ,he cheated me to send the fixed job to his patrner,he cheated me in the meeting, and I am doubt that he has two accounts.

     

  2. confusing picture

    he has sent me a confusing photo

    the hacker typer.com,which fake hackers use to praise themselves

     

  3. waiting for too long and threatening

    honestly, he promised to contact with me at 8 pm pst, but he did not respond to me in 2 hours

  4. too much manual time without my permission

in reverse of me, he has set long period of manual time without any pause(8th to 11th picture), how can I trust so dishonest person?

 

while chating , I used to think he is the kind of person who can deal with my work properly, but now what I want to do is questioning me and force him to give my money back

honestly, I wonder to communicate with one member of your medation team directly, not adding comments to the dispute, as the freelancer's behaviour betarys the upwork rule, not considering the money, what I want to do is report his behaviour and make upwork team freeze his account permently, how can I communicate with the the team via mailing

Not every freelancer hire will work out for a client.

 

I think you are not fully embracing some of the POWER you have as a client.

 

You can fire freelancers whenever you want. For any reason. Or for no reason.

 

When a freelancer does not measure up...

 

This is UNINTERESTING.

 

There are all sorts of people in the world who aren't right for my team. Who are not right to work on my project. That is not interesting. The thing to do is fire them.

 

The freelancers you should spend time with are the great freelancers who help move your project forward. Don't spend time thinking about the ones who don't.

that is 300$ hourly work , the dispute is 285$, which contains a lot of manual time (the most)and some pictures not relate to the job
