How can I add my email address to receive payment confirmation of payments?

You can check and edit the notifications we send to your email address in Settings > Notification settings.

I did check that area, but I am still not getting email payment
confirmations. Is there a way that you can add me to receive those emails?

I checked your account Krystal, and it looks like you're a team member of a company. Please discuss this with the Company Owner as they may need to adjust your permissions on their end in order for you to be able to view financial reports. Here's more information about Team Permissions.

Thank you, I believe she updated me permissions but I am still unsure where
or if I am able to see financial reports. Can you verify that I have been
updated and if so, guide me as to where I can pull these reports?

Hi Krystal,

Please reach out to your Company Owner so that they can adjust your permissions. The financial reports are accessible from your account once you have been allowed access to them.
