Error When Attempting to Hire

I am trying to hire a freelancer Ive found here. Every time I submit the form to hire it fails and displays the message "An error occurred while processing your request. Please try again".

Am I doing something wrong here?

Sorry to hear you encountered this issue. Have you tried using different browser or clearing your cache and cookies? Let us know if it still persists so we can investigate further.

Hi Chris,

In order to resolve the error you're getting and proceed with hiring the freelancer/s you shortlisted, please go to your account > click the round image in the upper-right corner > select Settings > and complete your Company Contact details. Once you fill the highlighted fields you should be able to hire but please do follow up if you're still seeing the error.
