Error message when trying to hire with “Bring your own freelancer”

I got an error message like shown in the screenshot when I'm trying to use the "bring your own freelancer".

It says I'm not allowed to hire.

Just to clarify, the reason you`re receiving the error is because the freelancer already has an account on Upwork. The "bring your own freelancer" program is designed for freelancers who are not yet signed up on Upwork. If you have any additional questions, let me know. Thank you.
