Error saving the job

I'm trying to post a job and every time I click the Next:Skills button I get the error: There was an error saving the job: error [8d4cd9d34ab3370d-MIA, 8d4cd9d34ab3370d-MIA]. Contact Upwork Support for more information.  I tried multiple browsers, cleared my cache, even tried a second computer.  I tried to chat with support but it was just a chat bot who kept telling me I needed to contact to support via chat... please help

Thank you for reaching out. I am sorry to hear about the issue you have encountered when trying to post a job and your experience with the chatbot. I checked but was not able to replicate the issue. Could you please let us know if you tried using a different browser or incognito mode? If not, could you please try and let us know if the issue persists?

Hi Jamie. That sounds super frustrating! It seems like you've already done all the usual troubleshooting (clearing cache, different browsers, etc.), so it’s probably an issue on Upwork's end.

I know the chat bot can be a pain, but if you scroll to the bottom of the Help Center page, there should be an option to submit a support ticket directly. That way, an actual support rep can look into it for you.
