How do I add additional funds to the escrow account to pay my ghostwriter for additional milestones

Once the contract starts, the milestone amount is locked. The freelancer either has to only work on what is funded or you release and fund another one. If the amount is too little, you and the freelancer will have to decide what to do. 

If the offer hasn't been accepted yet, then you can revoke the offer and redo the milestone wiht a new offer.
