When Escrow refund amount will be added to my account. However! freelancer approved it almost five days ago?

Hi Daniyal,

Escrow refunds will be returned to the billing method you used for the deposit. The credit to your billing method will take up to five business days to appear. I checked this for you and refund was initiated on December 8th, you can check this under your transactions. Let us know if you need any further assistance. Thank you.

Five Business days have been passed and still refunded amount is not been added to my Balance on Upwork Tab and neither I received it in my Debit card / Payment Method I had entered.

Hi Daniyal,

I checked and it looks like the refund was successfully processed on our end. You can also go to Reports> Transactions and view it. Please, note that it would be refunded to the same card as was used to fund the milestone originally. Feel free to contact your bank and check on any pending refunds.
