I sent an offer to a freelancer for a job in IG and deposited 160usd in my escrow account, after the job being canceled from my side, my financial report in upwork shows that the amount and service fee are being refunded but what happened is I was charged again on my card with the amount and service fee.
What can I do from my side to raise this issue?
