Hello today we have made a deposit to our company's upwork account , but i cant find the milestone contract or the hired freelance , or even use the balance on our escrow account , is there a way to reassign the freelancer to the existing balance , or refund the balance ?

i have been contacting Support today , and after the agent checked the situation , appeared there were a glich and no contract has been created and we can expect a full refund , till now we have no change on the current escrow account
could you please provide support on the matter , as there is work put on hold because of the delay , thanks
