Extremely poor customer service - Paid for talent specialist and nobody contacted me

I paid for the talent specialist option to boost your project and have talent specialists speak to you and find you the best freelancers.
The scam has not done anything like this at all. I have raised multiple queries about this and upwork customer support is shocking. They have no live chat option, no email support system and paid for a service that was not delivered.
If you are looking for freelancers stay well clear from this scam site.

I have waited 2 days with no update and no response and would like a refund. Each time a ticket is raised they show 1 hr later as solved? How disgusting.


How do i get my refund and make a complaint about a service not being delivered from Upwork themselves?

I have hired over 150 freelancers on Upwork.


I find that it is a powerful tool.


To use Upwork effectively, I strongly advise you to plan to never use Customer Support in order to manage freelancers and projects. Instead, learn how to use the tools you have at your fingertips.


Never use talent specialists.
