Feedback when ending contract

What do I do if I am ending a contract for someone that I didn't actually use? I can't really provide feedback, but feedback is required when ending a contract.

You can state that you never had the person do any work and rate them on professionalism during the interview. Otherwise I would just give good marks to avoid hurting the person's JSS for nothing.
