Financial Account is suspended

I am a client, not a freelancer. The "location" drop-down for this post does not allow selecting "client" for some reason. I am getting " Financial Account ... has been suspended.Please contact customer support." message, but your "Get Help" button on the target page does nothing. Contacting you from an open forum seems peculiar, but I don't see any other option.  Please resolve.

Please, refer to the notifications about account verification that the team sent to you earlier this year and follow the instructions in them to resolve the issue with your account. You can find them on this page.
