I am a client, not a freelancer. The "location" drop-down for this post does not allow selecting "client" for some reason. I am getting " Financial Account ... has been suspended.Please contact customer support." message, but your "Get Help" button on the target page does nothing. Contacting you from an open forum seems peculiar, but I don't see any other option. Please resolve.
