I had difficulty in adding new credit cards as payment methods.
After that, I tried to use Paypal and add the credit card through that.
It has got accepted and the Billing method is showing Paypal.
Yet the message that my financial transactions are limited remains.
The help center has no solution to this......nor is it possible to contact customer support.
It is very frustrating
