Financial transaction are still limited even though I did everything asked the in support article

I started as the new managing director at our company. Our financial transactions at Upwork were limited because the old corporate credit card was canceled before I could add the new one to our account. At the same time, we also changed the name and contact information on the account to my name (I wasn't an Upwork member before)


As stated in this support article, I added the new card and paid the outstanding balance. I can do nothing else, but our account's financial transactions are still limited.


With the existing limitation, I can't pay our contractors, and they can't keep working on the project. Thanks for your help!
