Financial transactions are limited - help me reopen my account!

Hi there. 

 

My account has been put on hold for some reason. I have added a new valid billing method, as the other one expired - however, this haven't helped the issue. 

 

Can you please reopen my account as soon as possible, as I don't have any outstanding payment or anything.
