Financial transactions for your company have been limited

Hello,

 

I'm facing a problem that my account is on hold. I have been checking my Visa card and it works fine. I also tried to add new billing method to fix the issue but it didn't work. Currently I cant hire any freelancer or activate milestone. Please I need help in solving the problem.
