Financial transactions for your company have been limited.

Can someone help here, the full amount already appear on my bank account

Hi, 

 

I am a client, and after successfully approved my refund request to a fixed Escrow contract, the refund has not yet appeared at my end after 4 days now.

The amount of the Escrow has been charged to my card although it needs to be refunded to my card.

 

Please let me know of the transaction details.
