Financial transactions limited, how to restore?

Hello, 

 

My Upwork client account was recently frozen as the paypal account I was using was suspened (I was logging in from different countries and they were concered the account was compromised)

 

I have since spoken to paypal and had the account restored.

 

However my upwork account is still showing the banner that says my transactions have been limited. How to I clear this message and restore my account?

Jonatha, contact Support and have them do. a $ 1 Test charge, that'll fix it at once (provided it goes through)

Thansks. I'm having trouble even contacting upwork to be honest, thats why I posted here instead

 

The support ticket service seems to be down https://www.upwork.com/help/ticket Live chat too. And I can't find a phone number

Could you please confirm that you allow us to make a test charge on your account? If it goes through successfully, your account will be resumed.
