Fix Price - Offer mistake - Money back

I have been trying to hire a freelancer and we have decided that the fixed price should be $80. I sent an offer that I got wrong, then another one because I didn't understand something about the fees on Upwork, and the 3rd offer was right. The problem is that for the first two offers I got wrong I had money taken from my bank account and I would need help. How could I get the money back and how soon?
